What the call covers, what it costs, and what we need from you beforehand.
No. Rates start at $13 an hour and that figure is published on the site. What the call adds is the monthly number for your specific roles, including the hours, the seniority and the software your team actually uses, which a rate card cannot tell you.
The calendar on this page shows real availability, usually within the same week. Our working hours are Mo-Fr 08:00-18:00 CST (UTC-6), which is United States business hours, so there is no overnight gap between a question and an answer.
Someone who can commit to the work rather than a qualifier who hands you on. Where the role is specialised, for example legal intake or payroll, we bring the person who runs that side of the delivery team in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
Nothing prepared. It helps if you can name the tasks you would hand over first and roughly how many hours a week they take, but if all you know is that something has to give, that is a fine place to start.
Most positions run on a minimum three-month commitment, so there is time to onboard properly and ramp up. Project work, temporary staffing and trial arrangements are negotiated case by case. None of that is decided on the first call.
